The
EU’s 2008 Customs Tariff
Given that the UK Tariff to which traders are referred by UK Customs, has no legal
force and any trader making an incorrect entry by reference to the UK Tariff has
no excuse in law, it is desirable that traders and advisers refer always to the
proper EU Tariff published in the Official Journal of the EU.
Details of
the 2008 Common Customs Tariff were published in OJ L286 of 31.10.
