The
EU’s 2010 Customs Tariff
Given that the UK
Tariff to which traders are referred by UK Customs, has no legal force and any
trader making an incorrect entry by reference to the UK Tariff has no excuse in
law, it is desirable that traders and advisers refer always to the proper EU
Tariff published in the Official Journal of the EU.
The latest version of the Tariff is available
as Commission Regulation (EC) No 948/2009 in EU Official Journal
L 287 of 31 October 2009.
